I stayed with my wife in a comfortable room that had a private bathroom, but the stairs were a problem and only one towel was provided for us.

The customer service was friendly, but the single bed wasn’t used and never cleaned; when someone finally occupied it, the sheets should have been changed beforehand. I woke up to a dusty smell and found dust all over the floor.

Room service was quick and could refill coffee and water; the air was fine, but the stairs were a bit of a bother.
