The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was good. However, the room was labeled non‑smoking yet there was a strong smell of smoke and the sheets also carried that odor, plus the bed was very uncomfortable.

The owners were very kind, the location just outside the highway was convenient, especially for Orio al Serio airport, and I would give it a perfect score.

The service was extremely pleasant, the Italian breakfast and coffee were delicious, parking was free, and it was close to Bergamo airport and regional attractions. There were no negatives.
