The price and location near K‑pop street were good, but the bathroom tiles were broken, the toilet leaked, and the whole back wall next to the shower was a huge mirror. Human hair was left on the toilet and floor, and there were so many mirrors on the ceiling and walls in the bedroom. Security was poor; anyone could walk in from the parking lot because all doors were left open.

The location was not easy to find, but public transport was relatively close. The hotel did not face the main street, which made it a bit hard to locate.

The staff were friendly and I loved the massage chair in the room—it was great after a long flight from Australia!
