“Gutes Hotel in Oslob”

The rooms were nicely furnished with air conditioning and the staff were very helpful. We were able to book a sightseeing tour through them and received a great driver who purchased tickets for us and waited between activities. We did notice a few small termites in the room.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially thanks to Jhun at the front desk, who was one of the most helpful and thoughtful staff members we’ve ever met. The hotel itself is spotless, tidy, comfortable, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere where every detail feels cared for. Jhun was kind and supportive throughout our visit, arranging our next‑day activities, coordinating everything smoothly, and adjusting our check‑out time to fit our schedule. He also organized transportation, including reliable drivers for our trips and the airport transfer, which made the journey easy and stress‑free. Additionally, he set up a diving trip to Sumilon Island and recommended a professional, trustworthy diving shop, allowing us to enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. From arrival to departure, Jhun remained patient, friendly, and eager to help, making our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Jhun, and thanks to the entire team; we highly recommend this place and hope to return soon. ❤️ A small point for improvement: after room cleaning, a towel was left on the table and there was a tiny spot that might have been missed while wiping. We understand such things can happen, perhaps the cleaning was interrupted at that moment. It wasn’t a problem for us, but we wanted to share this suggestion so the team can make an already great experience even better.

“Whale safari”

The hotel has a nice, modern design. The room and bathroom feel super fresh, and the staff were very friendly, helping us book whale snorkeling, a taxi transfer, and laundry. The location in Oslob is good, close to restaurants and a 7‑11.
