The location was fine, just off Main Street. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, there were plenty of sockets, tea and coffee, and a kettle. It was good value. The windows needed better curtains; too much light came in, and there was a bit of traffic noise, street noise (since it’s a pub). The laminate floor creaked in the room.

It was convenient for all amenities and close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very basic, had a hole in the wall near the bed, no bedside light—just a hook there. The beer garden needed a good makeover.
