The spot is spot on—right next to shops, pharmacies, metro stations, you name it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate. My room’s washroom was poorly cleaned and had a nasty odor right on entry, plus the hallway and elevator smelled bad too. I couldn’t open the windows; they wouldn’t stay up when I tried to open them.

The spot is great, close to Bayside Marketplace, a metro station and bus stops, and they even offer luggage storage. The air conditioning feels very old, and the door‑opening system is also outdated.

The location worked well for a cruise, not far from the port or coffee shops and restaurants. The room was extremely tiny, the bathroom the smallest I’ve ever seen; the window units to cool the room were off when we arrived, so the room was 90+ degrees.

The location was fine. The rooms were too small; I stayed 5 nights and the staff never came to clean the room, so the rooms needed more cleaning.
