“I did not stay.”
Nothing good to say. The hotel has been shut for years and supposedly under renovation, yet the room remained outdated with a worn bed, old linens, pillows, a tub, and a shower. It was overpriced, so I managed to find accommodation elsewhere.
“Never again”
Not much to offer, but it’s easy to locate. The rooms didn’t match the photos, each had less than half a roll of toilet paper, the towels were thin and dingy, bedding was itchy and dingy, and there was no front‑desk staff at check‑in. The parking lot and abandoned building behind were sketchy.
“Disappointing Experience at This Hotel”
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff seemed uncooperative and unhelpful, making me wait for an hour before telling me they had no rooms available. When I asked for a refund, they refused. The whole situation was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth.
The linens, bathroom, and TV were clean, and the microwave and refrigerator worked well. I asked for extra towels for bathing, but they never came back after we handed them the ones we used; customer service is crucial at a motel.
