The villa is superb and fully equipped with modern amenities, absolutely excellent! However, the owner or whoever manages the villa keeps sending messages about unrelated tasks like taking out the trash at the gate at check‑out time, setting the temperature to a specific value, or other odd requests. Vacation rental shouldn’t involve guests doing such things, which is frustrating 😁 Minor issues: the coat hooks are faulty, the hangers break constantly, the heating won’t exceed a set temperature no matter how the thermostat is adjusted, and the shower water pressure is weak in the rest of the bathroom. Still, overall the villa is superb 😁 One suggestion: there’s no indoor smoking area in cold weather, only outside, which is unpleasant when it’s winter and temperatures are below 0, as we experienced; a covered terrace, even partially, would help in the cold.

“Amazing villa in amazing location”

The villa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, yard, and perfect rooms. Communication with staff is very efficient. The location is close to Baile Felix and a 10‑minute drive to Oradea’s city centre.

Sensation! The villa is superb and the location excellent. The heating couldn’t be fully adjusted; the thermostat reset to a low temperature after a certain period, requiring constant monitoring. That was an inconvenience, especially since we were in a cold period.
