“Sitio limpio y acogedor el trato del Personal excelente”
The staff at the hotel, the café, and the housekeeping team were all excellent.
Everything was perfect.

The noise that comes into the room when the bar opens at 6 am woke us up, and the room’s soundproofing was insufficient.
I can't imagine a hotel without anyone at the front desk, and there was no restaurant service at all.
