“Asequible. Adecuado para quienes buscan un sitio exclusivamente para dormir y barato”
The location is great, with bus and tram connections available almost any time, including overnight. The room has a mini‑fridge, and the common area has an oven and microwave that can be handy if needed. The price is not excessively high (113 € per night for me, including tourist tax). The staff are attentive and easy to contact. However, the walls are very thin, so you hear almost everything happening in other rooms and the common area, and street noise is also audible, though less so. The shower is very small, the door doesn’t close fully, and there’s no shelf for soap or shampoo. The sink is also tiny, leaving almost no space for a comb or toothbrush. There was a lot of dust and lint on the dryer and the ceiling extractor. The building has an elevator, but you must first climb a flight of stairs to reach it. The building is quite old and somewhat dirty and neglected around the stairs.
The place is centrally located, has a balcony, and everything is clean and well maintained.
“Deliziosa guest house”
The apartment sits very close to the city centre, reachable on foot or by the tram that runs right underneath; free parking is available nearby and we never struggled to find a spot. The building is very clean and quiet, and it’s highly recommended for the convenience of walking to the Circo Massimo during concerts and events.
