The building is pretty. Without air conditioning it was hard to fall asleep, too hot, really too hot!

“Ottima la posizione, ma con miglioramenti possibili”

I liked the location of the accommodation, about 20 minutes from Arezzo city centre. Also, it sits in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden. The host was super kind, welcoming and available. He helped us during check‑in, with the key handover, and even invited us the next day for a lunch with his family, which we had to decline. There is ample parking inside. Personally, it didn’t bother me too much, but the place has other rooms and from the listing I was convinced we would have the entire apartment to ourselves. Although it is equipped with a kitchen that has an oven and stove, we were told these were not usable. They were still available for plates, cutlery, napkins, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and water bottles. Unfortunately breakfast is not included, despite the price. The bed was uncomfortable, overly firm and a bit short: being a tall person I would have protruded with my feet, which was unpleasant.

“Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, consigliatissimo !”

The property is surrounded by greenery, in a truly calm and evocative setting. It is very spacious and ideal for group stays. The location is excellent, just 10 km from Arezzo centre, so it’s perfect for exploring the city while also enjoying some relaxation. A real added value is certainly the owner’s friendliness and availability, a quality far from taken for granted!
