Nothing I liked, the structure is absolutely to avoid, not a four‑star hotel. The advertising was misleading because the hotel promoted an outdoor pool that was actually closed without informing guests. The shower was a yellow tent with mold and dirt in the corners. The bathroom was still tiled like in the 1990s. The room had dust on the floor. The ceiling fan had no air conditioning. The terrace vibrated structurally, indicating a likely urgent technical intervention and a serious safety risk. Terrible stay, only one night, never again

“Bellissimo soggiorno, ma con poco potrebbe essere ancora meglio”

The location is fantastic, the pool is super hot, cozy and spotless, and the hotel is huge with plenty of space and services. However, the property feels a bit decaying; there are several neglected items that could be improved. For instance, the spa has many burnt-out bulbs, the outdoor jacuzzi is closed with a blanket, and some holes are patched haphazardly. A little attention to these details would boost the appearance. Even so, the overall structure remains impressive.

“Wonderful creation of a Great God”

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is amazing and beautiful, especially the lake and the mountain view. Surely we will return. Nothing else to note.

The spa and relaxation zone were pleasant, yet the supposedly four‑star building feels overdue for a makeover, the housekeeping fell short of what four stars should deliver, the breakfast was underwhelming with no table service and only pre‑packaged cakes on offer.
