“Great”
The accessibility was nice and the room looked good, but the location was disappointing.

After booking through a platform, they denied my stay; the address was wrong and the property was 1km from the address given. The staff were clueless, simply saying there was no such booking and that rooms were full, even though I had a confirmed booking and messages. I called the manager many times but received no response.
