The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice, but the staff were rude and insisted my partner lift my scooter because they said it wasn’t accessible, even though the booking said it was lift‑accessible.

The staff were very helpful and polite. I suggested that guests might put their mobile phones on a cushion when not in use, because from 02.30 am onward someone’s phone was vibrating on a wooden cabinet. I couldn’t hear it in a different room, but they didn’t pick up or answer the phone. The parking was only a few hundred yards away, which was a bit of a hassle.
