The hotel's central location was definitely one of its highlights - it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around.
The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and the room itself was clean and comfortable, if a bit dated.
The breakfast was top-notch, with everything you could possibly want.
The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

“Hotel in een mooi gebouw! Is wel aan onderhoud toe.”
The location and breakfast were good, but the room was far too hot! No air conditioning, only windows and no screens.

The historic charm of the property, its close proximity to the city center, and the excellent quality, variety, and abundance of breakfast stood out. However, maintenance was neglected—missing ceiling panels, peeling wallpaper, very old dusty curtains.

Breakfast was okay, though I missed cornflakes or muesli, which are very common these days. The location in Sluis was fine, and the parking was good. The details didn’t live up to a 4‑star value. Fletcher should keep up their standard!
