The accommodation was magnificent, with a room that was perfect in terms of equipment, modern and new furnishings. The modern bathroom was very pleasant. The kitchen was very complete, with unbeatable utensils. The bedding and bathroom were practically brand new, with an excellent bed fit for a top hotel. An impressive terrace was the icing on an unexpected stay thanks to its excellence. Overall, very good sensations. The breakfast was quite good, but only coffee was served, and I missed some fruit. However, this aspect does not detract from the quality and well‑being this accommodation provides.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the location is isolated but only a few minutes from Sanfelice, Terracina and Sabaudia. Our room had no windows, and the exit to the terrace was from the bathroom.

The welcome and breakfast were very good, and it takes only 10/15 minutes by car to reach the Sabaudia beach, which is convenient. The mattresses were comfortable. I stayed only one night in the quadruple room. The property sits in an industrial area, on the floor above a bridal shop and next to another agricultural building, so at night there was a slight fertilizer smell. The real surprise was that the room had no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic and, with the cold LED lights, the only way to get some light was to open the bathroom door, but as soon as someone entered it would plunge into complete darkness. Another point I want to note, as a suggestion for the owners, is that the bunk bed was not safe at all; my child couldn’t sleep on it because the small rail was completely wobbly and on the edge of falling off, and the ladder steps were round and very slippery.
