The hotel was close to Lenox Square Mall, a bit out of downtown but still easily accessible, clean, and comfortable.

The staff were excellent—front desk and BKF were very friendly and helpful—but the work in the lobby had to be done and it wasn’t loud.

The place was cute, well kept, and in a convenient spot, but nobody ever cleaned my room even after I asked twice. The toilet was clogged the whole time, and I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was broken, so I had to go downstairs and they had to bring me a plunger. The worst part was that the AC didn’t work at all.
