They were completely irresponsible, ignoring our agreed arrival time. On top of that, the customer service was awful—nothing felt like a hotel standard at all.

Great value and a prime spot—everything nearby and the neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The studio option is a win, saving a ton on meals. Just wish they’d change the sheets daily.

Everything was terrible, from the manager down. Rooms were only cleaned every four days, and if something went wrong there was no one to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
