The stay was absolutely fantastic—staff were amazing, everyone friendly and went out of their way to make my time in Franshhoek seamless. The facilities and location were great; I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room we received was much larger than what we booked. Breakfast was good and the lobby was nice, a comfortable place to spend time. The only thing I missed was a desk in the room, because we all work a little even when traveling.

“Beautiful hotel in stunning location with excellent staff.”

We visited Franschoek as part of our trip along the Western Cape. The staff were extremely helpful when we had trouble booking a taxi to a special celebration dinner at a local wine farm. Hotel management listened to our concerns and rectified the issue. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing else to note; the building is beautiful and very central for everyone in the area.

The hotel is very pretty and aesthetic. From the outside it looks just like a house, but as soon as you step over the threshold, some magic begins. The administrator was incredible, showing, explaining, and being extremely kind throughout our stay. The location is great—close to all shops and restaurants—and there’s a private parking lot, which is very convenient. Breakfast was tasty; the buffet was not overcrowded, just restrained, delicious, and everything needed. We left personal items in the safe, and right after we left they called us back and returned everything.
