“Overall stay was good. Front desk gentleman could be more friendly and warm. Woman at front has better customer service”

The place offered good value and a clean breakfast, but the towels were so stiff they felt like they needed to be replaced.

The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable, yet the bathroom required a deep clean—mold and orange grout were present, and the tub and floors also needed attention. The pool was cold, so my kids shivered while in it. The room opposite 325 was noisy; guests from that room knocked on our door even though we were already in bed. They were a group of teens smoking marijuana, despite our request for a non‑smoking room, and the odor was strong.
