I liked the stay; the Budynok is compact, cozy, and the little details make it comfortable, plus the view is nice. The tiles were small and the house is on the road, so traffic noise was an issue.

The accommodation matches its price range. We rented the room over the garage, while the sister stayed in a room that cost 800 UAH (with two beds). The hosts are kind and friendly. It was clean, so I give it a solid 10 out of 10. The beds didn’t creak and the mattresses weren’t worn. Staying one or two nights is fine. We were lucky that not all rooms were occupied, otherwise it would have been unclear how to split the one gazebo among everyone. The house is next to the road. Interestingly, from the room over the garage there’s no gate to the courtyard, so we had to bring groceries straight along the road. Also note that the car will be parked on the side of the road, not in the courtyard behind the fence. And a major issue was the sewage smell: the room over the garage stank, so we had to ventilate and close the toilet door. The photo shows the view from the window, the room over the garage, and the parking spot.

Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. For this price, it’s great. Parking spot. Near a store, restaurant. Jaremcze and Bukovel are within a 30‑minute drive. Beautiful views. Nice people.
