The environment was very calm and green, which I found charming. The place has a certain charm and is tastefully decorated with quality materials. Its riverside location on the Seine is beautiful; it’s very pleasant to cycle (the owner lends bikes) along the river paths or to the nearby Impressionist Island. It’s also easy to bike to the RER A station to visit Paris or Saint‑Germain‑en‑Laye (about 6/7 minutes to the station). Perfect and so relaxing!

I liked this quirky house, tastefully furnished, near the Seine. The bedroom and bathroom (brand new) are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast with a view of the lovely garden is sumptuous. Our host is a charming, attentive man.

The place is quiet, the surroundings are gentle, the staff is discreetly available, the hospitality is warm, and the Renoir room is excellent. The establishment feels like a private home, giving an instant cosy, intimate vibe that many other places lack. There’s an unmatched calm. The hearty breakfast is carefully prepared, with everything chosen meticulously: from the coffee strength to the fresh specialty breads and fluffy croissants… even the selection of blood oranges is a delight. The only downside was the stay being too short; I’d have stayed an extra week!

The comfort was good, and the owner’s service—he brought us to the station—was appreciated. The breakfast was nice. The bell didn’t match the entrance.
