The location was great, but the staff were not friendly and communication was awful—no response to a 2‑night cancellation request out of 5, and they demanded full payment, contrary to the 50% refund policy stated on the website. There was no hot water and the place was very noisy.

The staff were attentive, which was a nice change from earlier reviews. The room was comfortable overall, with all facilities working: good Wi‑Fi, kettle, fridge, shower, and a cooling fan. The hotel sits conveniently near the shopping centre and cafés. I was assigned a room without a window, even though I had booked a different one, which was a tough situation for me, though it was quiet without street noise. The renovation was not recent, so the experience wasn’t the best. The bathroom water wasn’t hot in the morning, and a night light on the wall stayed on all the time, so I had to cut power in the room to turn it off. Also, a cockroach appeared during the week.
