The location was fine, but the details on Booking were wrong; the bathroom and equipment were dirty, there were cockroaches and dirty cups, cleaning was minimal, AC didn’t work, windows were hard to close so mosquitoes came in, no soap or shower gel, the toilet paper was dirty, there was no spa—just a private hair salon on the first floor, which isn’t part of the hotel, staff interaction was minimal, key handover was awkward, and there was no water dispenser on the third floor.

The room was spacious, complete with a fridge and kettle, and the breakfast arrived at 8 am on request instead of just before 9 am, which was convenient; the location was good. However, many repairs were urgently needed and the price was too high for the service offered.

The location and room size were good, but the bucket and mug in the washroom were extremely unclean, the tap water was yellowish and seemed harmful for skin. No breakfast was provided, and they didn't even mention it.
