No dish washing facility. Only 2 coffee cups. We were 3 people. No teaspoons

The owners were super friendly and the place was spotless, and it was conveniently located for our needs, but the listing was a bit misleading: they advertised a hot tub/jacuzzi, yet it was just a regular bath tub, and they claimed to have a lift that only goes up to the first floor, while we were on the second floor, making it hard to carry our young family and luggage up and down stairs. The stairs had no door or security, so we bought a baby gate to keep our 14‑month‑old safe. The kitchenette lacked a sink and we only received one fork and one spoon, which made feeding our kids breakfast each morning a challenge. We expected a washer and dryer, but the owners downstairs did the laundry for us, which was nice but not what we had in mind. Hot water was scarce; I only had one hot shower during my stay, the rest were cold, so we drove five minutes to my sister’s house to wash the kids. It’s fine for a single or couple staying one night, but not for a family of four staying five nights like we did.
