The location is the best in Venice – walkable to everything on the main island, yet not in the middle of the chaos, tucked into a quiet, private alley. It’s super accessible and safe, with restaurants, groceries, and shops nearby. The cleaning lady is friendly and kind. The bathroom is always clean, the room is private and nice, and the external area is pleasant. The only issue is that the bedroom acoustics aren’t great.

The location is fantastic, incredibly convenient, and truly unique for the price. The room is very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom is the right size, and the Wi‑Fi connection is good. Everything else is perfect. The only thing I noted was that there were no kitchen utensils – just a kettle and a stove. Cups and cutlery were available, but no pots. Still, everything works well and is useful.

They didn’t respond in time and were very difficult to get solutions from. They act like they’re doing you a favor when you’ve already paid for it! The lack of seriousness from the rental managers is unacceptable.

Clean, tidy, cheap, and they provide towels for guests, which isn’t always standard in cheaper spots.

The place is very well located and comfortable, but there was a link to open the door that didn’t work; it was raining and I ended up outside for a few hours. Apart from that, I would recommend it.
