I’ll send a formal email complaint. The hotel’s advertising was false and the material misrepresented the property. They actively pressured us to cancel the booking, a systematic scam model.

The location is good for Kowloon, but the room was old and tired with many broken items, plus cockroaches.

The location is very good, and the Bangladeshi staff are generally diligent. However, there were cockroaches in the room and I killed three of them; otherwise, I had no high expectations from this hotel and can say the rest is okay.
