“Emplacement et personnels très sympathique et serviable. Top propreté ! Bravo à la femme de ménage. !”
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the housekeeper was professional and friendly. Rogério was truly perfect, a top employee. It was a shame that the pool pumps were out of order for a few days and then took a few more days to get fixed, but otherwise there was nothing negative.
The location and welcome were good. The breakfast hours were late, and the floor without an elevator was not suitable for people with reduced mobility (an alternative was found).
The reception was friendly and convivial. The bathrooms in the family room I stayed in were outdated, and there was no fridge in the room.
“Embora essas pequenas coisas, de resto nada a reclamar. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Voltarei mais vezes, com tod”
The staff were attentive. The bathroom was dirty, and the pool was also unclean.
“C'était très beau.Piscine incroyable. Le buffet au petit déjeuner était super avec la piscine en vue”
The owner and her daughter helped me reschedule a last‑minute cave visit after we missed the one we had booked earlier, which I really appreciated. I would have liked to spend more days there.
