We had a wonderful stay in a signature family room that had everything we needed for our family. It was all in one room, but the use of space was very clever and we never felt crowded.

The place is super central and the U-Bahn is just a short walk away. There are two convenience stores nearby and plenty of food spots. The washer and dryer were a real lifesaver. The tea and coffee gifts at the hotel were nice, and they offered free drinks in the lobby. On the downside, there was no view, the bathroom felt a bit too big, and more space for a sturdier dining and seating area would have helped.

I skipped breakfast, but the staff were very humble and polite. Free coffee all day was amazing, and borrowing umbrellas for rainy outings was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room had no view at all; the window looked out onto an alley with a neighbor's laundry stand in full view.

The lobby had drinks and wine on tap, and the staff were very friendly. They even helped arrange a taxi for a few large suitcases. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was super convenient. The hallway in the room smelled a bit off, like an old-fashioned scent, and the drinks, wine, and ice machine weren't replenished promptly; no one noticed when I left in the morning and returned at night.
