The location was perfect for heading out for a cruise.

The location was close to our event, but they ran out of hot water and pressure on my second day, forcing us to take cold showers for 3 days, which was disappointing and unfortunate.
The place sits in a great spot and the room was comfy with decent amenities, but the bathroom had water damage and the shower shelf was peeling off the wall. They didn’t give enough linens, and I think the breakfast buffet shouldn’t have cost anything—other budget spots like Comfort Inn offer a better free continental breakfast.

After staying at this hotel every year for the last 4 years, it’s really fallen apart: my room had a musty smell, the phone and TV didn’t work when I arrived, but the front desk sent maintenance who fixed the TV. The tub was peeling and looked dirty, so I bought a tub mat because I didn’t want to step in the tub with bare feet. On top of that, the elevators are extremely slow.
