I liked the location, the staff service, and the cleanliness. I did not like the accommodation because it was near a water pipe column where my pregnant wife and I stayed awake all night from a deafening noise of water filling the pipes; if I’m not mistaken we were on the fifth floor, I don’t remember the room number; the noise started around 22:00 and only stopped around 06:00 the next day. Since we had already unpacked everything and my wife was due the next day, we thought the noise was temporary and didn’t ask to change rooms. When I asked the reception staff, they said that this noise does happen in some rooms near that pipe column, and that the employee who could solve it was on vacation. I requested a partial refund of my stay but they said they were not authorized to do that.

Bed, shower, and breakfast. Bath towels were small and thin.
