“Recomendo com certeza esse hotel. Simples mas confortável”

The room was great, the hotel’s facilities were solid, and everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was tasty, and I liked how they kept a coffee bottle and some pastries in the lobby all day. The only downside was the price, but I was there during the Henrique and Juliano concert, which drives up rates.

“Esperei mais para o valor que paguei. Mas o hotel é bem localizado”

The new amenities and the bathroom were solid. Breakfast was a hassle – we had to keep asking for refills and often ran out. The AC barely worked in the hot city, and room cleaning felt shallow; the bed was tidy but the floor was always dirty when I requested a clean. The minibar had no drinks, so we had to grab them from reception every time. These are basic hotel services that could be added for the price we paid.

“Não gostei muito”

The location was spot on and the staff were very friendly. The downside? Noise from hallways and other rooms was audible, the floor in the room felt sticky, and breakfast was pretty basic.

The room was excellent and breakfast was top-notch. The shower didn’t heat up in the morning, so I got a cold shower and there was no blanket.
