The room and bathroom are modern, tidy, and nice. The spot is halfway down the strip, and there are many roadworks as of September 2026.

The value was great and the staff were excellent, but construction in Mui Ne is underway as the area fills up with tourists in preparation for the peak season, earning me 9 out of 10.
