The staff are available, but the rooms, including sheets, towels, and bathroom rugs, were really dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. The promised upgrade from Booking doesn't exist on site, breakfast is at the adjacent hotel, the free airport pick‑up actually charges you for the toll, and the street noise below is loud.

Breakfast is good, but the hotel is very old, room service needs improvement, and the food is pricey—just one plate of dal & rice costs Rs. 640 /-+.
