“Die Lage top die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr nett und bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.”
The location was exceptional, right in the heart of Nizwa – could not have been better. The lift was broken and had been out of order for a while, yet it was still accessible for people with disabilities. We only received one keycard for two rooms. The parking promised in the description was missing; instead we were forced to park in a no‑stop zone right in front of the hotel. The rooftop terrace was closed, and breakfast wasn’t offered either – we were only told about it in October after asking. None of these issues were mentioned in the hotel’s description, and it’s all because we arrived out of season.
Close to the souk and Nizwa fort, but the staff were not very warm or helpful. Contrary to the description, there is no parking, making it hard to find a spot. There is also no breakfast at the hotel; you have to leave and walk to the end of the street for a light, limited selection. The bathroom could use a makeover – the tap fixtures are old and inconvenient. Overall, the hotel feels pricey for what it offers. The staff communicate little, give minimal information, and are not very available to assist guests, which is disappointing given the cost.
“Great family stay in central Nizwa!”
Central location, friendly staff, and a spacious family room.
The spot is fantastic, but the facilities lag behind – the AC was barely working.
The location is good, but parking is a problem.
