The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful with a spacious bathroom, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s restaurant was convenient. I also tried the back massage – it was very dynamic – so don’t hesitate to book it. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the parking lot that lets you catch the tram to Florence. I was a little disappointed to see how close the hotel is to a road, but once inside the noise disappears.

The hotel is well‑built, the room is roomy and the location is convenient with good parking. The reception staff were truly courteous and helpful. We will come back.
