It’s close to the parks, but the ad claims free transport to the parks, which turns out to be false; fortunately we had a rented vehicle.

The place was really dirty and the rug was awful.

The spot was great, but our room stayed damp all the time even with the AC maxed out. The shower temperature didn’t work, so I had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was barely enough for picky kids—only cookie pastries and corn flakes, no waffles, pancakes, or even a decent toast option.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, and the location is great.

It’s close to the parks, but the shuttles that were advertised don’t actually exist.
