A good hotel in a fantastic spot surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The room was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was decent. The only real problem was the internet— the connection didn’t live up to what was advertised. Still, the stellar service and great location more than compensated for that and tipped the scales in favor of the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was spotless, but the shower ran out of hot water every time I used it. I guess it's a minor trade-off for the great service.

The location is fantastic, but the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. They didn't have any pho bo, which was a major disappointment for me.

I was really impressed with the London Hanoi Hotel's value for money. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with ornate interiors and spacious rooms that have everything you need, including both showers and bathtubs. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even used translation apps to communicate with us. The only minor issues I had were with the shower and bathtub, which weren't the most intuitive, and the buffet, which wasn't the best.

The service at this hotel was pretty average, but the breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown - there just wasn't a lot of food to choose from. I was expecting a bit more variety, but it was okay.
