The view of Ha Long Bay was spectacular.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly and personable, but the food service was slow and the TV had few apps, no Netflix, and the air‑conditioning was hard to adjust.

Everything was fine except the sales staff on the phone needed more training when I called to book.

Spotlessly clean and the staff were enthusiastic. Nothing to complain about.

The finishes were very high‑end, the rooms were beautifully arranged, and having the indoor pool available was a bonus – it was a pleasure to experience, and there was nothing I disliked.
