The spa and breakfast are excellent. The staff are welcoming and multilingual. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the city centre and the bus station.

The place was very clean, the location good and the breakfast fine, yet the Wi‑Fi was terrible, there was a lot of noise through the walls, it felt very old, the rooms were too bright, and the temperature was too high and we couldn’t adjust it.

The location is wonderful, the staff are responsive, breakfast is great, and the spa is fine though there are some issues. Unfortunately, you can’t swim in the pool in the mornings – it opens at 10 am until noon, then again from 5 pm to 9 pm, so after work it’s not possible. Also, during my stay there was construction outside, with banging from 7:30 am.
