“Belle expérience mais quelques détails à améliorer !”
The room was clean and the receptionists were welcoming, but the requested information wasn’t taken into account for our stay.

The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, clean, and the staff were helpful. However, some accessories and pieces of furniture or plumbing were faulty or not properly attached – the bathroom outlet cover in room 318, the cardboard box for sanitary pads next to the toilet bowl that fell off, and a door that didn’t close easily (minor damage).
“Schönes entspanntes Hotel. Gerne wieder.”
We had a lovely room with a wonderful terrace and managed an early check‑in, thanks for that! Breakfast was international, abundant and tasty. The housekeeping staff were superb; everything was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the rainy weather brought a lot of biting mosquitoes into the room.
