I was really impressed with the warm welcome I received from the hotel staff, and they were super helpful when I needed to change my arrival date and time. They even upgraded me to a larger room since I arrived early, which was a lovely gesture. However, I did miss having a breakfast option available, and a coffee machine in the room would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a great stay.

My stay was marred by a few issues, starting with the check-in process, which was hindered by a malfunctioning card machine. Additionally, I found the lack of a proper blanket and the language barrier, as no one spoke much English, to be quite inconvenient.

I was disappointed to find that there was no breakfast provided, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the room conditions were subpar - it was cold, and there was only one pillow and no extra blankets. The hotel also lacked clear signage, making it hard to find. Overall, my stay was pretty underwhelming due to these issues.
