The staff were friendly and the facility was roomy, and the à la carte food tasted good. However, the bodywash and shampoo didn’t have stands inside the shower cubicle—a small but necessary detail—so I had to step into the dry area each time. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow, and the buffet’s cleanliness could have been better.

The staff were unprofessional and mostly untrained, with groups gossiping and smiling at guests in the smoking area. Don’t book this hotel if you expect service under the Park brand. As mentioned, from reception to the dining area it’s full of bung of untrained cheap locals.

Debabrata at the restaurant was a really nice and sweet person. Personal drivers weren’t allowed to sleep in the car while it was parked on the hotel premises, and the worst part is that drivers weren’t informed about this rule at check‑in. At night when everything is closed, they prohibit the driver from sleeping in the car, leaving them stranded late in the night. The hotel security team argued and fought with him. This is an unfair practice, and they also urge drivers to book a sub‑standard room in the hotel instead of staying in the car.
