The location is suitable for visiting sites on your own without a car. We never saw the host in person and it was hard to reach by phone to get the keys.

Even though the room was very simple, the tranquility and peace of that place are priceless. The room is spacious and ideal for families, the bed is very comfortable. The lady is very kind and helpful. The bathroom needs renovation, a new toilet tap, and a decent shower cabin.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the area was quiet. You can walk to Villa Adriana and drive to Tivoli and Villa d'Este in 10 minutes. Marilena was very friendly.

Mrs. Marilena’s availability was excellent. The accommodation is very good value for the price paid. It’s worth repeating if you’re in the area. The only drawback of the stay, unrelated to the B&B, is the access road: it’s a bit ruined, unpaved, narrow, and has vegetation from neighboring properties that sticks out, making it difficult for a medium‑sized vehicle.
