The breakfast and food were good, the room was nice, and the pool was nice. No complaints.

“An okay but a little pricey motel style hotel. A short drive from the beach but not walkable.”

The room was spacious and there were plenty of parking spaces, but the price was a bit high and the staff were somewhat apathetic and lukewarm.

“I’ve never received a kinder or warmer welcome to a hotel! Front desk guy was awesome!”

It’s close enough to the beach to be convenient, and there were no flooded roads. Nothing else to complain about – it was great!

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and bath supplies, the whole property was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were enough outlets for our devices. Breakfast offered a variety of options that satisfied guests. The lighting in the room was a bit scarce.

Exceptional Staff members!!! If not for the staff I wouldn't leave such a high rating, two staff members to be more specific. The first guy and the guy that tended to help us out the most with our requests was Mark. An EXCEPTIONAL employee puts customer service above everytng else. I'll repeat, the only reason our stay at this place was pleasant was because of him and his exceptional customer service skills. Motel infrastructure advertised as "hotel". Didn't tell me beforehand that they don't accept cash, ONLY card. Hearing other neighbors bang. Keycards often fail to open the door unless you try a couple of times or switch the keycard. Fake advertising of "romantic" rose petals on the bed and towel-origami swan on the bed
