The staff were incredibly friendly, though a broken link between booking and Holiday Inn caused a delay on arrival—unsure whose fault it was, but the staff were apologetic and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, safe, and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Small issues: the booking had a mix‑up that could have been either Holiday Inn or another, but it was resolved. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work, so we had to get coffee downstairs instead.

Bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk refused to provide a receipt at check out. Told me to get it from 3rd party booking. Which turned out to be impossible
