The bed was bad, the linens were poor, the hotel had no cable TV, the corridors smelled bad, and the door maintenance was poor.

The breakfast was good, yet the hotel looked abandoned, neglected, with burnt bulbs, a poorly maintained pool, dirty external facilities, a shower that didn’t heat, misleading online ads, and a general sense of neglect upon arrival.

The breakfast was great and the location excellent, but the bathroom had a leaking flush valve and the noise was quite annoying.

“Não volto mais!”

The only thing I liked was the location, just 5 minutes from my event, but I ordered a double bed and got a room with three single beds, one broken, a flickering lamp, an old TV, all the outlets were old (one newer one didn’t work properly and there was no adapter), the room was not just dusty but really dirty with dusty hangers and a dusty wardrobe, the bathroom was infested with flies, the shower was a small wall‑mounted unit that at least heated, the floor in the shower was filthy, there was trash in the sink drain, the breakfast was disappointing with everything looking old, the scrambled eggs were cold and unsalted, we barely ate, even the frozen cheese bread got spoiled, the hotel seemed stuck in time with no maintenance or updates, at least the outlets could be replaced and a proper cleaning done; I’m sure they could charge less if they improved what they offer.
