The girl who handed us the keys was very kind, and the room was cool with the air‑con. The location is great for a quick stop in Naples before catching a train. The house is spacious enough for six people, and the main door is reinforced. The area isn’t ideal because it’s on some less pleasant streets, though the reinforced door on that side is perfect. We weren’t told the TV was broken, and the stove didn’t work; the kettle was full of its own lost parts, and we even found a glass in the microwave that seemed to be yogurt—initially we thought it was a candle. In short, the cleaning was lacking beyond the floors and table surfaces. For a short stay I would have come back despite the location, but the lack of cleanliness made me rethink immediately, even though the girl welcomed us warmly.

The owner was friendly and offered us coffee; the location is excellent for reaching the main streets and attractions in Naples. The place lets you live immersed in beautiful Naples and the most welcoming hospitality. I recommend it.

Key hand‑over was smooth even though our flight was delayed. The apartment was clean and functional, consisting of two rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. It felt a bit cramped but sufficient. Simple beds. The bathroom could use a repair; the shower divider was broken and a toilet lid was missing. For the price you can’t expect real comfort, but everything in the apartment suited us. The location, however, isn’t recommended for solo female travelers or families with small children. It’s very close to the station, which is convenient, but you also have to walk through some dark alleys that you don’t want to pass through.

The accommodation matches the description and photos. Comfortable beds, ample space. Upon entry the apartment pleasantly surprised us with a nice, tastefully decorated space given its surroundings. We felt safe. I recommend it.
