Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the staff were very friendly. The room key card stopped working several times after a while; we later learned it could be discharged by touching a phone. Reception helped us quickly and politely each time. The renovated room was fine overall, and parking was good even for late arrivals. However, the room smelled oddly when I opened the door, there were still hairs in the bathtub, and the traffic on the busy street was clearly audible at night. Some homeless people were on the property, but they didn’t bother us.

Driving from the ferry was straightforward, and the check‑in felt friendly. The bed was comfy for our single night and the bathroom was clean, though basic. There was no breakfast on site, but a good spot for a large breakfast lay just across the street. The building looks a bit worn, so the price might feel a touch high.
