The spot is strategic and by the sea, and the family suite was roomy. However, room service doesn’t start until after 9 pm, the air‑conditioning barely cooled, and the parking lot is cramped.

Strategy location, Convenient stores nearby. Private access to the beach. Swimming pools for children and adults. Checkout allowed till 12.30pm. No deposit collected at check-in. Able to order food by Grab. Swimming pool access 9am-7pm only. Room cleanliness is poor, I saw baby cockroaches. The TV remote doesn’t function and was not solved by the staffs. The room service food order closes at 7pm weekdays, 9pm weekends. Limited breakfast choices. Not sound proof, able to hear next room sounds

The place is in good shape, with a nice sea view, clean facilities, a pleasant pool, and close proximity to the beach. I did notice some cat poop near the walkway by the beach.
